He’s always loved sports. He played soccer, football and he was the state wrestling champion his senior in high school year. He went on to play collegiant soccer for the professional, MASL Louisville Lightnings team. He moved his passion to Crossfit, placing and competing in local regional and national competitions. He is constantly putting his personal fitness to the test. He enjoys the lifestyle of fitness as he teaches others so that they can experience the same enjoyment that he does.
Chelsea is a wife and mother of two boys who is passionate about physical fitness fit herself and in training others to grow and become better and stronger to help them reach their goals. Growing up Chelsea wasn’t very physically active until she met her husband (Darwin) and his interest in health and fitness was very intriguing to her. She started going to the gym and feeling it out doing spin cycling and fell in love with it so she certification to teach spin cycle. Her interest in cross training began when she decided to compete in the Louisville Competition and won third place overall in physique modeling. Since then she has competed in multiple Crossfit competitions and continues to push herself to become better and to change the lives around her.

Our services are delivered by our trained team with years of experience who are passionate about what they do.
We offer personal training for individuals with specific goals and needs. Our sessions run anywhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour long.
Our Classes are 1 hour long

5:00am – 6:00am 7:00am – 8:00am 4:30pm – 5:30pm 5:30pm – 6:30pm 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
6:00am – 7:00am
Saturday at 10:00am – 11:00am
Closed on Sunday
We offer group training classes that are high intensity work outs to help you burn fat and gain strength to meet your goals.
